Lars Klöfver was Head and Director of UNOPS procurement office in Copenhagen until 2005 and before that Vice President for Skanska International’s operations in East & South East Asia. Lars has furthermore a long experience from the power sector (Swedpower and Vattenfall). During the last five years Lars has his own consultancy business with several assignments for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Swedish Trade Council, the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) and several private businesses. Lars was instrumental for the establishment of SWEUNB and conducted a similar assignment as now for Haiti after the Tsunami in 2005.
